I purchased one hp notebook model no: dv2910TX and serial no: 2CE8361H6S on 28th Oct During normal using time one day I faced SHUTDOWN problem of my notebook and I contacted hp customer care and submitted 1st time my notebook to hp service centre (RT Outsourcing services limited, Vikas building, 1, Loudon street, Kolkata- 700016) on 13th July. On 7th August (case ID:4600737633) I received my notebook but found same problem because it was not rectified. I again 2nd time submitted my notebook to same hp service center on 8th August and received on 22nd August (case Id: 4602953589). After checking found still problem was not rectified. I again submitted my notebook 3rd time on 24th August and received on 28th August (case ID: 4602953589) but still not rectified.
Keeping still hope in hp I again contacted customer care (case id: 4602953589) and they advised me to update bios with http://tinyurl.com/bf2rt4. After updating still problem was not rectified. I again contacted customer care (case ID: 4603027465) and they advised me to submit again my notebook to hp service centre. I again submitted my notebook 4th time to same hp service centre on 1st Sept. 2009. Now they are saying they have to change mother board and at present mother board is not available in India.
I have also raised an online complaint in HPs portal (complain identification no: CCHSAP231382).
This is the kind of worst service HP is providing in India. I want proper justice for this. Please HELP ME and do the needful.
