I have purchsed same laptop two months back on 15 june, the perfomance in not consistent it is degrading day by day. problems have been faced in hardware as well as in the software too

Following problems are being faced:

1. High electric shock from the laptop body.

2.The battery backup has degraded drastically. earlier 2-2.5 hrs, now only 1-1.5 hrs.

3.The tough padds keys are malfuctioning at times.

4.The preloaded windows program need lot of time to process a simple application

5.The processor speed is too slow even with a 4 GB ram.

Hp laptops are preferred to other brands because of there good performance, greater durabilityand quality but these thing are not expected from hp.it will be very difficult to sustain if these problems persisit.

Needs kind Attention to th above problems
