Egarding d negligence in repairing the product providing no information abt the product

I submitted my hp pavilion notebook for repairing (under warranty), in simtech hp service centre dadar on 18-10-08. since then these people had nether made me a call nor gave the information regarding the repairing of my laptop, instead they use to cut the line whenever i used to make a call to them . i had spent so much of amount in making calls and travelling to dadar .kindly suggest what shld i do .my laptop is still over there...
