Turkish HP service rejected to fix laptop with international warranty

I bought my laptop 27.03.2009 in austria. I came to Turkey which I live. One of the keys was broken and ı went to HP service in Turkey. But they rejected to fix it. Because I didnt buy it in Turkey. I thought HP guaranties are valid in worldwide. I have international sevice warranty. Now I bought laptop not even one month ago but I cannot get it fix. Please help me to solve my problem.
