HSBC and SBM
15k missing on Internet Transfe

Hello,

I had transfered 15 k on may 29th to my SBM account in bangalore from my HSBC account. However both the banks keep sending me to each other instead of taking any responsibility. I had transfered Rs 468 from HSBC to SBM which reflects in my SBM account. I have not yet heard anything from the banks about the missing money. Can some one please advise me?
