Hi I, Pradhip Ainaparthi had taken Credit Card from your bank (HSBC) on 05-04 and I used this card for one year due to personal resons cancled my Credit card. Before cancellation of the card I had clear the total outstanding balance as on that date.
Last 2 weeks back I applied for Car Loan in other bank, now my loan is kept on hold because of my cridit card Status is “ WRITTEN OFF” as per CIBIL report.
I went your HSBC bank which is located at Somajiguda, Hyderabad . they conformed that card has been in closed on 16-09, current balance is “ZERO” and there are no OVERDUE.
Could I request you to please remove my Cridit Card Details from CIBIL (if every thing is Ok) and send the card closing letter to my corrosponding adderess.
