Marked me as Defaulte

Hi,

I took Personal loan of 60K in jull 2006. I have paid all the EMI of the loan through ECS

Except one which is through check.

Now i come to know that they have marked me as BIG TIME DEFAULTER. in cibil report.

I contacted bank. as per their record I have not paid 5 EMI's and paid after 5 months. But my bank statement shows debit of all emi's on Monthly basis.

The told that Due amount is Rs.107. I have also paid tha immeadeatly.

Now if am unnecessarily marked as DEFAULTER. No bank is ready to give me loan.

Pleas anyone help me.
