Activation of a/c

Sir,

I have joint A/c. (1st name my daughter: Trusha) since long vide A/c No. : 101 7650 4823 006 with hsbc bank mardia plaza, c.g.road, ahmedabad branch.the said a/c was made non-operative by bank.later my daughter trusha was to shift to USA hence i followed up with them.

due to sign change, trusha has visited their usa branch n signed necessary documents in presence of HSBC officer n handed over papers last month which they were to send to HSBC a'bad branch.

stil they hv not activated the said a/c.

plz ask them to activate it at earliest.
