I had registered in Do Not Call service with registration number as '019046' but they keep on harassing on my mobile number.
I was given complaint no.2709693600 and Case Number as 3508236 (26th September) and was replied by mail that this has been properly taken care of.
Second time I filed complaint to them was on 05 December when I was continuously getting calls on which Nandini Gopalakrishnan, Customer Service Officer
HSBC India confirmed that they have taken necessary actions and it wont be repeated.
Now this is non-stop going on and it seems that HSBC is not following TRAI rules and guidelines and care less for any governmental policies.
What can be done for this Organization to make them stop playing with the LAW?
