I am not a customer of your company, nor I wish to be, I never had any credit card of your bank. I am working as visiting consultant in a hospital in Delhi (Delhi Heart and Lung Institute), there was another person working in that hospital in marketing department who had name similar to that of mine. He may have your credit card and used it. I do not know how my mobile number was put in your records against his name. That person has left the job and for the money he has spent on your card I am receving calls on my mobile. The languge used is not good and despite telling the truth, the person on the phone is very rude (Mobile number of calling person 9911233631, last call on 29th jan at 8.03pm). I had brought this to the notice your credit card customer care divison in Delhi about 6 months back and was assured that It will not happen again, but now again for last few days it has started. Kindly sort it out as early as possible as it is disturbing me a lot, otherwise I may have to take legal action
