Unexpected Payment

Dear All. Last year in the month of Feb I payed the complete payment there was a due abount of 0.65 Rupees (64 Paise). I lost my card. and also i wanted to cancell my card. I called there helpdesk and asked to block the old card. then i told i dont want a replacement but i want to cancell the card. for that I was told to make the complete payment first. I said i have already paid the amount and only due is 65 Paise, I also asked whether i also have to pay that. for this I was told no need it will be redeamed from my points and for cancellation of card I was told a request will be sent to the concern dept. after that I never received any statement nor any call from HSBC. i checked online for a couple of times to see whetere thre are any other charges on my card and found none. after that i forgot about the card also. Today in June I receive a statement from HSBC Saying i have to pay 3328.68 Rupees. what is this for i dont know. the worst part is i am not in India anymore I dont have any information related to the card or its internet username and password. neither i am able to find the email ID of HSBC Call Center. I really dont know what to do now. Please help my Email id is [email protected]
