I had a nightmare with my HSBC Bank credit card. It was going all fine untill I recieved a Security key device from HSBC bank saying it is necessary for my security. But the trouble started when I logged on to my e-statement account. It asked for the key number which comes on the key device by pressing the button on it. It didn't worked and I couldn't see my past month purchases on this card. Since then, I contacted the Customer care many many times asking them to send me a courier mail showing my purchase transections on my card. Even on requesting these people many times, every time I got only confirmation of having the statement sent by HSBC Bank, but it never came. It's been more then a year and I really don't know how much penalty has been levied on my transections.
I again request HSBC Bank to send me the statement showing my unpaid transection on my bank credit card and I will make the complete payment, but certainly I will not pay a single penny towards the penalty levied because of the delayed payment as this is completly lack of services on part of the HSBC Bank.
