Hello Sir/Madam,

I am recieving harassment calls from collection agents of HSBC on regular basis. I have paid all outstanding in the Year 2006 and there was no transaction after that. After 3 years i have recieved call that there is outstanding of Rs12000 and card is closed in May wheras card was blocked in 2006.

Please guide and help me to whom should i approach to close this issue.
