I am senior citizen and have suffered two heart attacks in the recent pass. I am reguarly forced by phone to pay Rs. 34, 000 HSBC credit card against my payment of Rs. 2274. i have written to [email protected] in this regard, but they have mailed as below.

Dear Mr. Chaudhari,

Reference Number: 270620095158

We refer to your E-mail dated 26 June regarding your HSBC Credit

Card.

The card account has been closed by the bank with effect from 15 October

2007 and the card outstanding as on date is INR 34059.88 .

We request you to make the payment towards your entire outstanding to

avoid any incremental charges being levied to your card account.

Our records reflect that the insurance policy was debited to your credit

card, based on your approval which was received by TATA AIG over the

telephone.

HSBC credit card is only a Pay channel to TATA AIG Insurance. Hence we

request you to contact the TATA AIG for further clarifications in this

regard.
