After series of plea to the HSBC Customer care team and the HSBC dispute department to sort out a credit card dispute is in vain. The HSBC credit card that I was holding for last couple of years having Card number: 4384 XXXX XXXX XXXX. (Expired on 07)
HSBC bank by endless call first forced me to go for a personnel loan, then levy EMI without receipt and credit of the value in my account in Nov later I refused to take the money they promised to waive off the EMI for that month and charge from next month, nothing happen, I continued to pay every month after getting assurance again and again. Bank erroneously levying the financial charges every month, I realize very late and stopped to pay, I was getting lot of calls and every time I was explain the facts to the caller, Almost I have explained more than 100 executives in this period, no any concrete action have been taken by the bank,
During this period I have received some threatening call too, such regular call was intentially done to harass and compel to pay, although none of my mistake.
Last month I have settled by paying the full and final negotiated value, now again I received their bill
I really don’t know how to get rid of this cruel, mismanaged and fraudulent Bank.
