Dispute of HSBC Credit Card No 4384 5999 9845 2212
I have a very bad experience with the HSBC . I have mailed twice my complaint on [email protected] stating that I have never used my Credit Card but I am receiving bill, please look into it. But no proper response till date and I receive threatening calls from collection department saying they will Screw up my life and will do lot of things that I can’t even sleep. Now, I started receiving calls from 911244359958 and 911145023965 these people are very rude they use abuse language after explaining clearly that I have not used my card and the bank had sent me wrong billing.
Can any one please please... let me know where to raise complaint regarding the same ([email protected]),
and I suggest everyone NOT TO GO FOR CREDIT CARD.
