1) At first instance there is a miscommunication between me and HSBC bank.
2) When I made a complaint from my side HSBC neglected to make adjustments in my credit card bill
3) When I have received 3rd bill for this transaction they have added all misllaneous amounts and it came to 134000/- approximately.by including all late payment fees and itetrest charges.
4) By the 4th month they have kept my name in CIBIL in defaulters list.
5) Because of this I got angry and When I have approached for the settlement of my card and they are telling that I have to pay full amount whatever they say.
6) HSBC is telling like they will give NOC only on receiving full payment.
So I request you please give me the suitable solution in my case.
