Late charges on amount of 12.89 Rs

Hello Bankder,

My self chaman lal using your bank credit card No-4476929996519481, I am doing reguler payment to you but I want to terll some thing about the late payment charges of your company on my credit card. last Year My outstanding on dated 02 July is 12.89 Rupees I forget the pay the 12.89 and then after two three months satement didnot come to my home then I again use the credit card 16240/- then after I am paying every month amount in the following manners

23/10&3000/-

23/11&2500/-

23/12&-

20/01&-

24/02&-

25/03&- the the total is 13500/-and steel my a/c balance is 7980/ How this possible I am paying every month and you charging me evry month by month, to day my outstanding is 3240/- SO I request yu please waive the late changes on my card so I can Pay your amount 3240/- Becs I am Paying your payments regulerly basis so I dont want to stop your payments. so please go throw this case as soon as possible and waive the amount in my next statement.
