I Had my credit card stolen by my own room mate's friend and he accepts to have spent with it. I have lodged a complaint with the police dept. mentioning the name address cell phone numbers of the accused but the police haven't called him even for an enquiry in these 11 months. The bank officials are asking me to pay atleast 1/4th of the amount. Kindly advice.
