HSBC Credit Card
Lot off cheque bounce back charges Rs.337.08

I have write to the HSBC of india credit card department as-

dear sir,

please note that-

i have received a massage on my mobile i.e.-HSBC card alert: Cheque received for amount Rs.479.00 for credit card no.***8055 on 10-12-08. Thank you. Payment subject to realisation.

Sent: 12-Dec 09:46:27

and i am seeing in the statement The cheque bounce charges Rs.300.00 37.08=337.08 in 12dec08

so you are requested that please raise the Cheque & credit the same and reverse the cheque bounce charges.

but they are not understanding it. how can be liable it.
