I had an HSBC Credit card No 5548512005915618, which, I settled last year on 16th April. I have a settlement letter to that effect with me. I was told by their customer service people that the monthly bills will stop.
Unfortunately the bills are still coming and more over in the CIBIL (credit rating service, the amount is still showing as outstanding). I think this is a clear case of financial fraud and also a case in which a foreign bank is misleading a credit rating agency- CIBIL.
Hope some advice on how to proceed with this will to me from this forum.
