I have a HSBC credit card no 5422 0710 0209 0975
I dropped HDFC cheque 798463 on 5th march. But on 12 march I received a call from ur executive that HSBC haven't get my cheque. He requested me that my excecutive will come on 13th March and will collect cheque but when on 13th March that means today when I called ur executive again he told me... sorry today our executive is unavailabe so tomorrow he will come and collect cheque.
So pls make sure ur excecutive will collect cheque tommorow and pls don't make late charges on my next statement. because i am paying my bill on right time.
This is ur fault that cheque have missed from ur side.

4. Cheque Amount 4200 Rs
5. No cheque not present in my Acount.
I have Issue a new cheque But as per previously i said that ur excecutive told me someone collect cheque today but no body came today for collecting the cheque.
I am not understanding what is the problem with ur concern department
when i said that i will droped cheque myself then he say no our ececutive come and collect (Excecutive PH no 914039807500)
Now my payment is late as five days because tommorow is sunday
tell me only one thing what is my fault and why i will pay any late charges
i am ready to pay cash & cheque my self tell how to solve this problem.
