False Credit Card Bill

HSBC Bank is pioneer in sending false bills...

HSBC Credit Card sales executes... forcefully convince us that the card is a free life time card, as the company i am working for has an Corporate tie up...

So land up taking a Credit Card in Oct04... till now i have never made any transaction using this card... neither i recieved any statements so far...

All of a sudden after 5yrs i recieved a statment which states that i have an outstanding amount of Rs 10, 000/-...

Also the credit card has been expired on Oct 06... still they are billing me..

Above that the Call Center executives and Bank People are not helping me to find out the complete break up of the the outstanding amount...

This is a big Pain...

I think HSBC Bank need to learn to do a fair business to keep their good name...
