After paying due debit I am receiving payment due status through phone

Sir,

I need your help in resolving my credit card dispute, as I am getting monthly sms from your institution regarding payment due, which I have settled way back. When I have done the last payment, your recovery guys has given me assurance that they will help me in giving settlement letter & till today they have not provided me with any letter & I think My name must have been sent to crisil. Also I am not using your card since very long.
