I hereby want to state that I am being constantly harassed by some of the people from your office and being forced to make a payment of charges that I haven't incurred.
It all started as follows...
As a part of your promotional offers I was offered some Insurance Scheme when i was given the card by your agents, which I had flatly refused.
But due to the incompetence of your staff, I was still charged for the scheme. I called up customer care to enquire and was asked to make the payment once and assured that they would cancel the scheme. I made payment of Rs 700 /- for the first month.
But the same continued for the next month and I was again forced to pay RS. 700/-.
This is a really appalling service from a bank of such huge repute.
All was quiet for a long time and now, after so many months they are forcing me to make an outstanding payment of 4400/- Rs or else they will file a police complaint against me.
This kind of service and threat is totally uncalled for and I want the concerned authorities to take coznisance of this issue. I would appreciate if this matter is resolved immediately else I would be forced to take stringent steps against this harassment.
