I have cancelled the HSBC Card 2.5 years back and Now the Bill is 20000 Rs

Hi..

I had a HSBC Credit card 3 yrs back. I paid all my dues correctly on time. I lost my card and I raised a complaint in the nearby police station in bangalore. Before closure, I had a service charge of Rs 200 in my credit card. Now the HSBC credit card personnel calls me everymonth and says that my credit card bill is Rs 20000. Last month it was 15000 Rs..

How can I take an action against this. They are not understanding the situation. I told them that whatever bill you are producing now doesnt include any of my purchases. They say OK, but everymonth they call me with new increased BILL amount..

This is very bad. Please help.
