HSBC Credit Card
False EMI charged

I was the user of a HSBC credit Card. I purchased a laptop with the card amounting to INR 60k. The EMI cycle I subscribed to was 9328 INR for 6 months. I started my EMI cycle on the month of November. The fist 2 months were charged correctly but from the month of March i sudden;y saw 2 EMI cycles on my bills. I have called up the bank more than 10 times and they have agreed that I have been charged wrongly yet they havent taken a step to make corrections.

Please Note: I have been facing this trouble since the month of March and yet there is no action taken. Instead of making a correction they have deactivated my card on a record of Bad debts.

I request for an immediate action to be taken so that this confusion can be cleared.

I have all the bills to be submitted as a proof. Please let me know what is the next step to be taken.

Hoping for a quick action.

Thanks and Regards,
