I was holding a credit card of HSBC from the year 1999 & was using it without any problem. My office changes in the year 2007 january from Gurgaon to Okhla & I informed the bank authority well in advance, but did not received the statment ever from then till now. That time I had made a payment which was not received by the bank & thus I was not aware what was the exact amount to be paid, but had a fair idea that its around rs.5000. However I started receiveing the settlement call from bank frenchise company in the year 2008 (Creative Solution), where I commited that I will pay each & every penny which is due on me of the transaction i have done but will not pay any amount which is due to late payment as its no my mistake. Thereafter the executive send me the statment through e-mail & I paid 5450 rs in cash (this was the actual amount due) to the executive who came on dtd29.07.08, vide receipt no.0307004. As he confirmed that I will receive the full settlement letter in a day or two, i never received anything from them till now. I tried to call this person on the tel no which he gave me but of no use as it was now no longer working. Now every day have been receiveing calls from different executive of bank asking for paying the money which I have already paid. I do not know where to go & what to do further. They have harrased me like hell & all the executives are using abusive languages when ever they call. I have been explaining the whole story too all the executive but of no use. Now I am tired, Please help. I have this receipt which was given to me while I made the payment of full settlement.
