I am Shital. V.Patel closed my HSBC credit card (Card No-4476921203460492) before one & half yeay because I moved to Canada. But during my holding time of this fucking bank card their customer care officer offered me TATA AIG Insurance & without my permission this Bank charged me for TATA AIG Insurance. But I am moving to CANADA I closed my credit card & I have given 15 hand written complain to HSBC Vadodara-Gujarat-INDIA office but they still sanding me monthly statement & their recovery agents calling my mobile to pay the TATA AIG Insurance premeum. I have no outstanding due payment & I have all documents of my payments. I already mailed to HSBC & they also provide me a reply which is attached hear,

additional refund of INR 3619.00 (INR 329*11) was sent to bank on 12
July.
Further we have also made arrangements to dispatch the paper statements
from January to March to your mailing address updated in our
