I am writting mail to HSBC from Dec on mail id- [email protected] & [email protected] and I received reply in June, what a service in 21 century???
In May & June, I received 3 calls from HSBC Mumbai-Malad recovery off also it's from different-different persons every time I given same reply means my all previous history/ transactions happened.
They are saying ok, we will check & revert back but they will never revert back & because of this my billing amt is increasing month by month.
I think HSBC is not interested in settling old pending dues and every month they are sending bills along with advertisement papers hence my card is already closed & it’s written on statement also it's wastage.
