I had an HSBC Credit card No **********5002, which I stopped using it for 8 months after paying all my dues. But there billing department as generating bill for more than 17k and keep on asking me for the payment. Even after I explain the situation they're not stopping.
More over in the CIBIL (credit rating service, the amount is still showing as outstanding). I think this is a clear case of financial fraud and also a case in which a foreign bank is misleading a credit rating agency- CIBIL.
Hope some advice on how to proceed with this will to me from this forum.
From my experience please dont deal with this bank and try to stick with our national banks (our national banks may have less services but 1000 times better than these **** private banks.)
Regards
Vivek
