Huge Interest &Charges

Dear Sir,

Myself HSBC Credit card customer. Myself regularly paid dues. After close of my card a/c Interest and charges are levying hugely with out settlement of my card a/c. No proper response from customer care.

The amount stated by bank is unbelievable and unacceptable.

I request the authorities to take proper action against the Card bank
