Un-necessary harassement

Sir,

I write to bring to your notice that I had applied for HSBC Credit card but till date I have not received the card. After a period of time they (HSBC) invalidated the card with out informing to me. After a lapse of 11 months I am being compelled by HSBC to pay a sum of Rs7477/- for the reasons best known to them.

Sir I had not received nor used the card at all. Several follow ups and communications with HSBC officials proved futile.

I request the incharge consumer forum authorities to prevail up on the dealing higher officials of HSBC and clear the entries in the above mentioned credit card.(This is only harassement and mental toture please help me out of this unnecessary/unwanted situation).
