Non-receipt of monthly statement

Sir,

I have put several request before customer care to ensure my receipt of monthly statement, latest on 19.08.2009.But still I have had not any statement. CUSTOMERCARE executives on duty are polite but they did not do their duty. They prefer introducing new product to careing customer. I cannot realise the reason behind it
