HSBC Credit Card
ASKING FOR MONEY AFTER FULL PAYMENT MADE

I Sandip Roy Chowdhury holder of HSBC Card no. 4476 9299 9149 6784 received statement dated (14.07.09 to 13.08.09) with amounting Rs 17678.20 with due date 4 th. Sept.09.

I paid:

Rs 1000 on 01.09.09 & Rs 16678 on 12.09.09 to clear off the dues and asked the bank to cancel my card.

As requested i did not received any statement till date..

But today I have received a SMS stating that an amount of Rs 1309 is still due and needs to be paid by 4th. Nov.09.

I request you to please take up the matter.
