Late fee and Payment date

Dear Sir,

I am giving reminder time and again to change my payment date. Every mionth late fee charges are being levied to my statement.

I had requested to reverse the late fee charges for the month on Nov and Oct.

Also change the payment date from 5th to 10th of every month.
