Hi i self chander shekhar and i did the trns of Rs.10345/-by ur HSBC Gold card and the due date of this trns is 6th of june they are still charging the late fee as well i have logged an complaint on 19th Apr 08 on ur customer care that i have not applied 4 any kind of insurance through by credit card pls ignore this, because i really dont want an insurance by card, Your customer care Ex.has insured that next time u dont get any charges and we will update the same for future and u dont need to pay this amt. Now they r again sending the same in statment and charging the late fee.etc. Pls do the needful otherwise i have to stop using ur services.
