I am holding an HSBC Credit card for few years now. Despite making very high payments, i find that bulk of the payment is going as interest and very little amount going towards principle. When you call up the call center, little or no help is offered. They are not sure as to how the credit statement and charges are done. I went to the bank, met a credit card representative, who was not sure much about the charges. Washed his hands off telling that he has got only very little information and i need to travel to some far off place to more information. I have had no help and i am being charged unfairly. I have decided not make a single payment going forward untill the issue is settled and i am charged fairly. I am not going to pay the entire amount because i am sure that i have paid a great deal towards the outstanding amount and the amount that is shown now as my outstanding is not acceptable to me. Request you to kindly advise the bank to settle this issue amicably.
