NON-RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD & WRONG SPELLING OF FIRST NAME

I am repeatedly informing you that I have not yet received HSBC credit card for which two markeing agent approached me as back as in the month of April/May. I got the PIN No/Password with a covering envelop where my first name is mis-spelt. I informed the matter on several occassions but with no result. I have been getting Statement of Accounts regularly showing a credit balance of Rs.100.00.

I would request you to kindly make necessary arrangement to cancel my said credit card immediately and stop issuing statement of account without further delay.

I want your early action in the matter.
