I have cancelled above credit card in the month of January with nil outstanding balance, as confirmed my Senior Manager of HSBC. However, since then my saving account has been debited monthly basis. I have not received any credit card statement or any other document from bank since last six months, but my saving account has been debited monthly basis.
I have send several emails & mail to different officers of HSBC including Nodal office, i have not received any response.
I want them to stop debiting my saving and refund all the money which they have debited wrongly.
