Dear sir,
I have got renewed HSBC credit card two months back.
By the time I received I have got only one card which was with my name. I have not used HSBC credit card till now.
But I am getting calls from HSBC to pay credit card bill. They are saying that some online transactions are being done through the internet using add on card which I have not received yet. How come this possible? Even I never get any information or alert on the transactions happening.
From my side I requested Customer Care to block those two cards.
Please look into the complaint seriously and do needful as I would not like to go further to RBI.
