HSBC CREDIT CARD SERVICES
LIMITON MY CREDIT IS REVISED IE TOO LOW EXISTING LIMIT IS 55000 BUT ON ENQUIRE BY PHONE BANKING PERSON IS 16000

Sir,

I K.Dhanaraju a HSBC CARD Holder (VISA) since OCT 1997 (Credit limit 20000Rs), my credit has been increased to 25000Rs july again in mar to 29000Rs, again in April t0 35000Rs and then 42000Rs and finally in 2006 55000Rs (Upto Nov). Now as of today 29-11-08 is 16000Rs, there is no letter from credit card services oly SMS informing Credit limit has been revised.

So Kindly look in this matter as this is festive season and Iam not default coustomer and I aqm paying every month more than 12000Rs

Take this as urgent as i am not able to use this card as i have out standing balance is 15800Rs
