Statement of total payment

Dear sir/madam,

i hold a credite card of hsbc bank whice no is 4476929989716631 . From oct, 08 to aug, 09 i was out of kolkata. during this time i didnot receive/get any statement & my payment details.

so i want to get the statement & my payment datails as early as possible & want to start the payment. plz inform the hsbc credite card depart ment to contact my no 9332564040 or my email address.
