Its been over a year of my request for reactivating my phone banking as well as internet transfer for my savings account no. 019480961006. Relevant documents for the same have been submitted but all in vain.
This reflects very poorly on HSBC and despite holding 3 main savings account and one gold master credit card my grievance is not been registered. I will be forced to shut all accounts.
I expect this complaint to reach the respected department and action to be expediated for the same
