Hsbc gold credit card

Sir,

I am having hsbc gold credit card No.4384 5999 1083 7565. While offering this card, your agent told me that this is life time free credit card, but in the month of October in your monthly statement you have shown an amount Rs.2246.80 as annual fee service Tax. Why? This is very much offending me and it compels me to cancel your credit card immediately.
