HSBC - Gold Credit Card
Payment of Fraudulent transaction from Stolen Card

I was holding an HSBC credit card # 4384 5999 0997 3470

I had reported the card is stolen on 13-Mar and a police complaint was submitted later via post. There was a transaction on my statement dated 17-March for 540 Euros (Rs. 37, 362.85). I had repeated mentioned to HSBC that I should not be liable for this amount.

But I am still being harassed by HSBC to make this payment. I have provided all the details and communicated the same to the Customer service, Nodal officier as well as country head Mr. Rajneesh Bahl but no relief yet.
