Dear Sir,

My pancard ad been dispatched from Mumbai on 14th May. This was addressed to

155, 6th Main, Poorna Pragna Layout Banashankari 3rd Stage Bangalore - 560085

contact no: 9448153335 and Res: 080-26690143

The courier no is: airway bill no. ZB0896820,

however the status in your website shows that the courier has been delviered on 15th May by Mr. Rajendra. I have not received the courier till date and I am not aware of any Mr Rajendra.

This is to intimate you that the courier has not reached the correct person. kindly take corrective action and deliver the same as soon as possible.
