Hi, This is Priya who have a Personnal Loan vide A/c No 081-573073-872 in HSBC Bank and my mail ID is [email protected]. I Could not make the EMI since six months as I was out of station for my studies. One day i got call from the bank asking me to pay the payment and without my request they have offered me for settlement of Rs40, 000/- to be paid in two instalments and I have agreed to pay and Paid Rs20, 000/- immediately and was told to pay the remaining amount within a weaks time which i could not arrange and was being harassed by One Female staff Namely Grace and spoke to us vulgarly (Very bad sentences like to sleep with someone and get the money). Is this the way you people treat the customers and ask the customers to sleep with the someone to the Female members. Is the people of Collection Department do the same thing. I want the action to be taken immediately against the lady who spoke to us likethat and came to the office and created a nuiscance in the office otherwise I'l approach the Consumer Court for proper judgement.
