No activation

Hello,

This is bring to your knowledge that I have purchased reliance net connect - Data Modem on Sept 2 with the promise that activation will happen before evening on the same day, but till this date no activation. Contacted the store where we have purchased & each time getting answer that it will happen today by evening or tom. before noon. Is this Reliance culture to make buyer to suffer? or do you employ most inefficient staff to handle the issues?

I may wait till afternoon today & if not activated as promised, the reliance store should pay my money back & if failed to do so, I will proceed to Consumer Court.

Pl. donot spoil the name of the Industry built by Late Ambhni.
