No service support

I had purcahsed HTC P-3400 on 18/04.the camera of cell was not working.till that day to today i had written enough mails at in_service @htc.com, visit service centres several times still no results.

i had enough evidence (mails etc, service centres reciepts).so finally i had decided to put the matter in consumer court.
